Two kinds of corn add to the richness and wonderful texture of this super easy slow cooker stew recipe.

Ingredients:
- 3 cups frozen corn
- 14 oz. can creamed corn
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 (14 oz.) cans ready to serve chicken broth
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp. water
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients except cornstarch and water in 3-4 quart crockpot and stir gently to mix. Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until corn is tender. In small bowl, combine cornstarch and water and mix well; stir into crockpot. Cover and cook on high for 10-15 minutes until thickened.
