Chili made with frozen fully cooked meatballs is so easy to make and very delicious.

Cook Time: 8 hours
Ingredients:
- 16 oz. pkg. frozen precooked Italian meatballs
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 14 oz. can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 2 (15 oz). cans kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 6 oz. can vegetable juice cocktail
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
Preparation:
Place all ingredients except cornstarch and water in 4-6 quart crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours. If desired, you can thicken the chili by combining 2 Tbsp. cornstarch and 1/4 cup water and blending it into the chili for the last hour of cooking time. Serves 6-8
