Tuna Bisque

This creamy and delicious hot soup is ready in about 15 minutes.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 10 oz. can condensed low salt cream of asparagus soup
  • 10 oz. can condensed low salt cream of mushroom soup
  • 2-1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup light cream or evaporated milk
  • 6 oz. can solid white tuna, drained
  • 1/3 cup dry sherry or apple juice
  • 1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves

Preparation:

In large saucepan, combine all ingredients except tuna and sherry. Heat to boiling, stirring frequently. Add tuna and sherry; heat through. 6 servings
