Turkey and Rice Crockpot Chili

Just five ingredients, not including salt, peper, water, and spices, make this excellent crockpot stew recipe.

Prep Time: 25 minutes

Cook Time: 9 hours

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 (14 oz.) cans diced tomatoes with garlic and herbs, undrained
  • 2 (15 oz.) cans chili beans, undrained
  • 1-1/2 cups water
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Preparation:

In large nonstick skillet, cook turkey and onion until turkey is no longer pink. Add to crockpot along with remaining ingredients except rice. Cover and cook for 8-10 hours. Stir in rice, then cook 15 minutes longer on high. 6 servings
