Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 cups Italian salad dressing
- 1 lb. beef sirloin steak
- 1/2 lb. new potatoes, cut into quarters
- 10 oz. pkg. mixed salad greens
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
Preparation:
Place potatoes on double layer of heavy duty aluminum foil. Top with 1/2 cup of salad dressing. Fold into package using double folds.
Prepare and heat grill. Place steak on grill and place potato package on grill over medium coals. Grill for 15 minutes, until steak is cooked to medium doneness and potatoes are tender, turning packets occasionally but turning steak only once. Cut steak across grain into thin strips. Toss with greens, tomato, onion, potatoes, and remaining dressing. Serves 4
