Ranch Ham Salad

Use any frozen vegetable you'd like in this super simple salad. You can vary the kind of cheese used too, and even the pasta! With just five ingredients, you can serve this salad as-is, or add any ingredients you'd like.

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups small shell pasta
  • 2 cups frozen baby peas
  • 2 cups diced cooked ham
  • 2 cups diced Co Jack cheese
  • 1-1/4 cups creamy ranch salad dressing

Preparation:

In large pot of boiling water, cook pasta until tender according to package directions. Place peas in colander and drain cooked pasta over the peas to thaw. Drain well.

Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in large bowl. Stir in pasta and peas and mix gently to coat. Chill for 2-3 hours before serving. 8-8 servings
