This super simple recipe has the most fabulous combination of flavors and textures.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 3 cups cooked wild rice
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 1 cup sugar snap peas
- 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/2 cup honey dijon salad dressing
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill until serving. 4 servings
