Ingredients:
- 6 slices bacon (can be omitted)
- 6 cups baby spinach leaves
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1 chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup Tarragon Salad Dressing
Preparation:
In heavy pan, cook bacon until crisp. Drain bacon on paper towels. Combine spinach, chicken, bell pepper, and bacon in large salad bowl. Whisk 1 tablespoon warm bacon drippings into Creamy Tarragon Salad Dressing and drizzle half over salad. Or just serve the dressing as-is. Toss gently and serve with remaining dressing.
