Smoked Turkey Asparagus Salad


Just five ingredients combine to make a delicious and easy main dish recipe for Smoked Turkey Asparagus Salad.

Prep Time: 25 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes

Total Time: 30 minutes

Yield: Serves 4


  • 1/2 lb. asparagus, cut into 2" pieces
  • 2 cups sliced strawberries
  • 1-1/2 cups cubed smoked turkey breast
  • 8 oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained, reserving liquid
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
  • 1/8 tsp. dried mustard
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • dash white pepper


Cook asparagus in rapidly boiling water for 3-5 minutes or until crisp tender. Drain and rinse with cold water. Combine with strawberries, turkey and drained pineapple tidbits.

In small bowl, combine 1/4 cup reserved pineapple liquid with honey, oil, thyme, mustard, salt, and pepper and mix well. Pour over salad and toss gently. Serve immediately or cover and chill for a few hours to blend flavors.
