Shrimp Tomato Rice Salad

Use leftover cooked rice for this super simple and delicious main dish seafood salad recipe.

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups cold cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup zesty Italian salad dressing
  • 1/8 tsp. white pepper
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 lb. cooked, peeled, deveined shrimp

Preparation:

Toss together all ingredients in medium bowl to combine. Cover and chill for 30 minutes to blend flavors. 4 servings
