This simple and refreshing main dish salad recipe is easy and delicious.

Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 cups lemon yogurt
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 cups watermelon cubes
- 2 cups cubed cantaloupe
- 2 cups halved strawberries
- 1 lb. cooked medium shrimp, shelled and devined
Preparation:
In small bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice and honey and blend well. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour dressing over and toss very gently to coat. Serve immediately on lettuce lined plates. Serves 6
