PREPARATION:If using canned tuna, drain well. In a large bowl, toss together apples and lemon juice. Add celery, raisins, walnuts, and tuna; toss gently. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, milk, cinnamon and sugar; blend well. Pour dressing over apple-tuna mixture; toss gently to coat. Serves 4
