Ingredients:
- 12 oz. pkg. medium pasta shells
- 1 cup Italian vinaigrette salad dressing
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup sliced zucchini
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 15 oz. can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
- 15 oz. can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 14 oz. can diced tomatoes, drained
Preparation:
Cook pasta as directed on package and drain well. Combine with remaining ingredients in a large bowl and toss to blend. Serve warm or chill in fridge for 2 hours before serving. 6 servings
