Use your favorite bottled salad dressing in this easy recipe. You could also substitute any vegetable for the broccoli, pea pods, and carrots. Top it with some grated cheese for even more flavor.

Ingredients:
- 1-1/2 cups bottled peppercorn ranch salad dressing
- 1 cup thinly sliced carrots
- 2 cups snow pea pods
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen cheese ravioli
- 10 oz. pkg. Italian mixed salad greens
Preparation:
Place salad dressing in large bowl and set aside. In large pot of boiling salted water, cook carrots for 2 minutes, then add pea pods; cook for 1 minute. Remove with strainer and add to salad dressing along with bell pepper.
Cook ravioli as directed on package. Drain and add to salad dressing and toss to coat. Place salad greens on large platter and top with ravioli mixture and serve immediately, or chill ravioli mixture and serve over greens after 2-3 hours.
