You can use your own homemade Make Ahead Pancake Batter instead of frozen pancakes if you'd like. Waffles would work well too.

Ingredients:
- 12 frozen microwave pancakes
- 3 bananas, sliced
- 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 8 oz. container lemon yogurt
- 8 oz. container blueberry yogurt
- 6 Tbsp. granola
- 3 Tbsp. maple syrup
Preparation:
Heat pancakes as directed on package, or prepare homemade pancakes. Meanwhile, prepare fruit. Combine fruit with yogurts in medium bowl.To serve, place 2 pancakes on each serving plate. Top with banana mixture. Sprinkle with granola, drizzle with maple syrup, and serve immediately. 6 servings
