You could add cooked shrimp or scallops to this spicy new type of taco for a great change of taste.

Ingredients:
- 10-oz. pkg. Mediterranean-style salad greens
- 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded, and chopped
- 1/2 cup oil and vinegar salad dressing
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 12 taco shells
Preparation:
In large bowl combine all ingredients except taco shells and toss to combine. Fill shells with this mixture and serve. 6 servings
