Bacon Cabbage Pierogies Skillet

Skillet meals are perfect for people who are just starting to cook and for those with smaller apartments. All you need is a burner, a pan, and a spoon (plus a little knowledge!) to create some fabulous fast skillet meals. You can make these meals in an electric skillet if you'd like. Be sure to put the skillet on a heatproof surface while you work.

Any of these recipes make a meal, perhaps served with a salad or some nice chewy bakery bread. I like to serve my skillet meals with rice; buy a nice microwave rice product that you can heat up in the microwave oven for no cleanup at all. And remember, you can substitute any other ingredient you'd like for the meats, seasonings, and vegetables. Enjoy!
