Baked Tortellini with Three Sauces is a very easy and rich pasta recipe that tastes like you spent hours in the kitchen. Serve it at your next dinner party!

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 45 minutes

Total Time: 1 hour

Yield: Serves 8


  • 1 pound ground pork sausage
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 (26-ounce) jar pasta sauce
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 (19-ounce) package frozen cheese tortellini, unthawed
  • 1 (8-ounce) jar pesto sauce
  • 1 (16-ounce) jar garlic Alfredo sauce
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9" x 13" glass baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.

In large skillet, sauté sausage with onion, breaking up the sausage with a fork, until the meat is browned and the onion is tender. Drain, if necessary. Sprinkle flour over the meat mixture and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Add pasta sauce and water and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat and stir in tortellini and pesto sauce. Spread in prepared pan.

Top with Alfredo sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until the casserole bubbles and cheese melts and starts to brown. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

Very very good recipe. My husband requested I keep this one in the rotation. So easy to make. I may never make tortellini the way i used to again. Only change I made was to bake covered for 40m and uncovered for 10. I didn't want the cheese to brown. It was gooey and bubbly. Other than that I wouldn't make any future changes except maybe adding some spinach or zucchini.
