Sausage and Pierogi Stir Fry is a quick and easy recipe that uses frozen pierogies with sausage in a delicious way.

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 pound bratwurst or other fully cooked sausage, sliced
- 1 (16-ounce) box frozen potato pierogies
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
Preparation:
Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and sliced sausage; stir-fry until vegetables are crisp-tender and sausage is hot, about 5-6 minutes. Remove vegetables and sausage from skillet.
Add pierogies to skillet in a single layer; cook over medium-high heat for 4 minutes. Turn pierogies; add bell peppers to skillet. Cover and cook for 4-6 minutes, shaking pan occasionally, until pierogies are browned and peppers are crisp-tender.
Return onions, garlic, and sausage to skillet. In small bowl, combine sour cream, heavy cream, mustard, and dill weed; stir to blend. Stir into skillet; cook over medium heat for 2 minutes until food is hot. Serve immediately.
