This simple five ingredient main dish skillet recipe has a wonderful complicated and rich taste.

Ingredients:
- 10 oz. can vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup farfalle (bow tie) pasta
- 2 cups coarsely chopped fresh spinach
- 1 (6 oz.) can red salmon, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation:
In medium heavy saucepan, bring broth and water to a boil. Stir in pasta and cook 2 minutes less than package directions.
Stir in spinach and simmer 2 more minutes, stirring occasionally. Add salmon, thyme, salt, and pepper, stir, then sprinkle with cheese and serve immediately.
