Sausage and Ravioli

This simple four ingredient recipe cooks the ravioli right in the sauce for easy cleanup and extra flavor.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. Italian sausage, cut into 1" pieces
  • 26 oz. jar chunky spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 24 oz. bag frozen ravioli
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation:

In heavy skillet, slowly cook sausage, turning frequently, until almost done. Drain if necessary. Add spaghetti sauce, water, pepper and ravioli. Bring mixture to a boil, cover, and cook for 5-8 minutes until ravioli are tender. Sprinkle with cheese and serve. 4 servings
