This super simple recipe needs good pasta; choose an Italian brand if possible. I like Barilla.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 8 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup egg noodles per serving
- 1/2 Tbsp. butter per serving
Preparation:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a rapid boil. Add the noodles, all at once, and cook, stirring often, until al dente, according to package directions. Drain noodles, then return to pot. Add butter and heat over low heat, tossing gently, until butter melts and coats the noodles.
