Ingredients:
- 2 cups uncooked mostaccioli pasta
- 1/2 tsp. dried savory or thyme leaves
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 6 oz. pkg. herbed Havarti cheese, shredded
- 2 small zucchini or yellow summer squash, thinly sliced
Preparation:
Cook mostaccioli as directed on package. Drain and return to pot. Stir in savory, cream, shredded havarti cheese and zucchini. Cook over medium low heat until cheese is melted and mixture is thoroughly heated. Serves 6
