If you don't have a stockinette, use a nonstick rolling pin to roll out this pie crust dough.
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 sticks butter (1 cup) softened
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups flour
Preparation:
Beat the butter with the cream cheese until thoroughly mixed. Add flour and mix well until a dough forms. Form into ball, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate overnight before using. Use the traditional flour and stockinette method for rolling out this dough.
This recipe makes enough pastry for a 2 crust 9" pie.
