Gingersnap Pie Crust


This simple pie crust is really good with pumpkin pie or any ice cream filling.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 20 minutes

Yield: 1 pie crust


  • 1-1/2 cups gingersnap cookie crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 6 Tbsp. melted butter


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Press into greased 9" pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes, until crust is set. Remove from oven and cool completely before filling.
