How to Make Hot Water Pie Crust

Add 2-1/4 cups flour and 1/2 tsp. salt all at once. Stir vigorously with your fork as the flour begins to be absorbed into the shortening and water mixture. Keep stirring; it will seem like the dough won't combine; just keep going. When the pie crust dough looks like the picture, you're about halfway there.
