- 2 (3-ounce) packages cream cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 cups leftover thinly sliced grilled steak
- 1 Boboli pizza crust
In large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper; cook and stir until vegetables are crisp-tender, about 5-6 minutes.
Place pizza crust in large cookie sheet. Top with cream cheese mixture, spreading evenly. Add onion mixture, then arrange steak slices on top. Sprinkle with remaining Cheddar cheese.
Bake for 12-17 minutes or until pizza is hot and cheese is melted and beginning to brown. Cut into wedges to serve.
