Cheesesteak Pizza


Cheesesteak Pizza is a fabulous twist on a classic pizza recipe. Cheddar cheese, cream cheese and milk are melted together to create a rich sauce layered on a Boboli crust with leftover grilled steak and sauteed veggies. Yum.

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 25 minutes

Total Time: 40 minutes

Yield: 4-6 servings


  • 2 (3-ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 cups leftover thinly sliced grilled steak
  • 1 Boboli pizza crust


Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In medium microwave-safe bowl, combine cream cheese and milk. Microwave on 50% power for 2 minutes; remove and stir. Continue microwaving for 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until mixture is melted and smooth. Stir in 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese until melted. Set aside.

In large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper; cook and stir until vegetables are crisp-tender, about 5-6 minutes.

Place pizza crust in large cookie sheet. Top with cream cheese mixture, spreading evenly. Add onion mixture, then arrange steak slices on top. Sprinkle with remaining Cheddar cheese.

Bake for 12-17 minutes or until pizza is hot and cheese is melted and beginning to brown. Cut into wedges to serve.
