Ingredients:
- 1/2 Yeast Pizza Crust OR 1 Boboli® crust
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2" pieces
- 1 Tbsp. curry powder
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup chopped, seeded tomatoes
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup shredded Muenster cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preparation:
In medium bowl, place cubes of chicken. Sprinkle with curry powder, flour, and salt and toss gently to coat. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet and saute coated chicken breast pieces, onion, and garlic until chicken is cooked and vegetables are tender. Add tomatoes and cook until tomatoes are soft. Add peas; cook and stir for 1 minute. Spread over prebaked crust (or Boboli® Crust) and top with cheese.
Bake at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly. Serves 4-6
