Five Ingredient Pork Chop Meal for $10

The combination of brown sugar, honey mustard, and ginger adds wonderful flavor to this easy grilled pork chop recipe. And it costs less than ten dollars for four people!

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey mustard salad dressing
  • 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 4 (6 ounce) pork chops
  • 1 head red leaf lettuce
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1/3 cup honey mustard salad dressing

Preparation:

Prepare and preheat grill. Combine brown sugar, 2 tablespoons honey mustard dressing, ginger, salt, and pepper in small bowl and mix well to blend. Place pork chops on grill over medium heat. Cover grill and cook for 11-15 minutes until pork is cooked, turning chops twice and brushing several times with sauce during last five minutes of cooking time.

Wash lettuce, tear into pieces, and combine with cucumber and 1/3 cup salad dressing; toss gently. Serve with chops. 4 servings

The pork chops cost $7.49, and the salad costs $2.50 for four people, so the total cost is $9.99.
