Ingredients:
- 2 lb. pork boneless loin roast
- 1-1/2 cups mixed dried fruit
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation:
Place pork in 3-4 quart slow cooker and top with fruit. Pour apple juice over pork and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover crockpot and cook on low for 7-9 hours until pork is tender. 8 servings
