These cheesy pork chops are so simple to make because they only have five ingredients.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 6 hours,

Ingredients:

  • 6 (1" thick) boneless pork loin chops
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups chunky pasta sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation:

Trim any excess fat from pork chops and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook chops in olive oil in a heavy skillet over medium heat until browned, about five minutes, turning once during cooking. Place in 3-4 quart slow cooker.

Top with onion and pasta sauce. Cover crockpot and cook on low for 8-9 hours until pork is tender and thoroughly cooked. Top with cheese just before serving. Serve with hot cooked fettuccine. 6 servings
