Ingredients:
- 5 lbs. pork spareribs, cut into serving size pieces
- 6 oz. can frozen lemonade or limeade concentrate, thawed
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/8 tsp. white pepper
- 1 teaspoon steak seasoning
Preparation:
When ready to grill, prepare and heat grill and remove pork from marinade. Reserve marinade. Grill pork, meat side up, uncovered, 4" from medium hot coals for 20-30 minutes, turning often and brushing frequently with marinade until ribs are glazed and hot. Let the ribs cook for 3-4 minutes, turning once, after final application of marinade. Discard remaining marinade. 8 servings.
