Ingredients:
- 1 lb. pork tenderloin
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 3/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation:
Heat oil in heavy skillet and add pork. Cook pork for 1-2 minutes on each side to brown. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients except mandarin oranges in small bowl and add to pork in skillet. Cook 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently, until sauce thickens. Add oranges; heat through and serve over hot cooked rice, if desired. 4 servings
