Pork and Onions with Orange Glaze

This simple five ingredient recipe starts with pork tenderloin, adds some flavorful ingredients, and is quick and easy.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp. oi
  • 1 lb. pork tenderloin, cut crosswise into 1/4" slice
  • 1 onion, choppe
  • 3/4 cup orange marmalad
  • 2 Tbsp. chili sauc
  • 2 Tbsp. wate
  • 2 cups fresh snow pea pod

Preparation:

Heat oil in large heavy skillet or wok. Add pork and stir fry for 3-4 minutes until pork is cooked. Remove from skillet.

Add onion to skillet or wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until crisp tender. Add marmalade, chili sauce, water, and pea pods. Cook and stir 3-4 minutes until vegetables are crisp tender. Return pork to skillet and stir fry an additional 2 minutes until thoroughly heated. 4 servings
