This delicious dish is made with pork tenderloins, sliced and marinated, then cooked on a dual contact indoor grill until tender.

Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1-1/2 pounds pork tenderloin, cut into 1/2" slices
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients except pork in ziplock plastic bag and mix. Add pork slices, close bag, turn to coat, and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Remove pork from marinade; discard marinade.
Grill pork slices on dual contact two sided grill for 4-7 minutes until thoroughly cooked, or cook for 7-12 minutes, turning once, on a single grill over medium coals. Brush with more maple syrup, if desired, and serve.
