Grilled Pork Tenderloin Medallions

This delicious dish is made with pork tenderloins, sliced and marinated, then cooked on a dual contact indoor grill until tender.

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 6 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1-1/2 pounds pork tenderloin, cut into 1/2" slices

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients except pork in ziplock plastic bag and mix. Add pork slices, close bag, turn to coat, and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Remove pork from marinade; discard marinade.

Grill pork slices on George Foreman two sided grill for 4-7 minutes until thoroughly cooked. Brush with more maple syrup, if desired, and serve. 4 servings
