Pork and Onions with Orange Glaze

This simple five ingredient recipe for Pork and Onions with Orange Glaze starts with pork tenderloin, adds some flavorful ingredients, and is quick and easy.

Cook Time: 12 minutes

Total Time: 27 minutes

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 lb. pork tenderloin, cut crosswise into 1/4" slices
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3/4 cup orange marmalade
  • 2 Tbsp. chili sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 2 cups fresh snow pea pods

Preparation:

Heat oil in large heavy skillet or wok. Add pork and stir fry for 3-4 minutes until pork is cooked. Remove from skillet.

Add onion to skillet or wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until crisp tender. Add marmalade, chili sauce, water, and pea pods. Stir fry 3-4 minutes until vegetables are crisp tender. Return pork to skillet and stir fry an additional 2 minutes until thoroughly heated.
