Buffalo Scalloped Potatoes

Buffalo Scalloped Potatoes is a rich and creamy side dish recipe that uses the flavors of Buffalo Chicken Wings.

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Cook Time: 1 hour, 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 (32-ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 10 ounce package refrigerated Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup creamy blue cheese salad dressing
  • 1 cup shredded Havarti cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1-4 teaspoons hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. In large bowl, combine potatoes, onions, and garlic. Arrange in a greased 13" x 9" glass baking dish. In medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients except cream; pour over potatoes. Mix gently, then pour cream over all.

Bake, covered, for 50 minutes. Then uncover, stir the potatoes, and bake for 15-20 minutes longer until potatoes are hot, bubbly, and browned on top. Serves 8
