Ingredients:
- 1 (32-ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 (16-ounce) jar four cheese Alfredo sauce
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In 2-1/2 quart casserole, combine potatoes, sauce, sour cream, and 2/3 cup cheese; mix well until blended. Top with remaining 1/3 cup cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 60-70 minutes or until casserole is bubbling and cheese starts to brown on top. Serves 6-8
