Baked Beans and Meatballs is an easy and delicious casserole recipe that's good on the coldest days of the year. You'll need to cook the wild rice before you begin the rest of the casserole.

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (16-ounce) package frozen precooked meatballs
- 2 (28-ounce) cans baked beans, partially drained
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 3 cups cooked and drained wild rice
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and garlic; cook and stir for 5 minutes. Add meatballs; cook, stirring occasionally, until thawed, about another 6-8 minutes.
Add baked beans and mustard and stir. Then add wild rice. Pour into 3-quart casserole and bake for 30-40 minutes or until casserole is bubbly.
