Ingredients:
- 1 lb. frozen cooked meatballs
- 9 oz. pkg. frozen peas
- 3 (14 oz.) cans ready to serve beef broth
- 1 cup water
- 10 oz. pkg. frozen baby lima beans
- 16 oz. bag baby carrots
- 6 oz. can tomato paste
- 2 onions, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lb. red potatoes, cubed
- 2 (14 oz.) cans diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 15 oz. pkg. frozen corn
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation:
Put all ingredients in a 4-6 quart crockpot (leave frozen foods frozen), cover, and cook on low for 8-10 hours, until stew is blended and all vegetables are tender. Serves 8
