Cheesy Chicken and Potatoes is a super easy casserole recipe that's full of flavor.
Ingredients:
- 1 (16-ounce) jar cheddar cheese pasta sauce
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (20-ounce) package refrigerated hash brown potatoes
- 2 (9-ounce) packages cooked chicken breast strips, chopped
- 1-1/2 cups frozen baby peas
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In 2-quart casserole dish, place pasta sauce. Add milk to the pasta sauce jar; close tightly and shake to remove last bits of sauce; pour into dish. Add sour cream, onion salt and pepper; mix until smooth.
Stir in cheddar cheese, potatoes, chicken, and peas. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, for 30-40 minutes until casserole is bubbly and top is beginning to brown. Serves 4-6
