Guide Review - Jumbo Cookie Shovel/Spatula
The beveled edge ensures that the spatula easily slides beneath any food on any surface. I also use it to flip pancakes, crepes, French toast and eggs, and on the grill for turning meats and vegetables. The handle is angled, so it's especially easy to maneuver, and your hand stays a safe distance away from hot surfaces. It's over 14" long, a very nice size, and is dishwasher safe to boot.
If you have arthritis or other problems handling large or heavy kitchen tools, this spatula may not be for you. Try to test it out at a store before you buy it.
