This elegant and fresh salad dressing is perfect served over mixed greens, or used to top a chicken or seafood salad.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in small bowl and mix well with wire whisk to blend. Cover and store in refrigerator up to 3 days.
