Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Preparation:
In small bowl, combine all ingredients. Beat well with wire whisk to blend and emulsify. Store, covered, in refrigerator up to 2 days.
