This delicious recipe makes a perfect sandwich when spread between two slices of raisin bread.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken OR 12 oz. can white and dark meat chicken, drained
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/4 cup mango chutney
- 1-2 tsp. curry powder
- 1 cup dried cherries
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts, if desired
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in medium bowl and blend gently to combine. Cover tightly and refrigerate up to two days.
