Using fully cooked sausage in these easy kabobs means you don't have to worry about undercooking them. And the marinade is delicious!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pound fully cooked Polish sausages
  • 1 (8-ounce) can pineapple chunks
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 green bell peppers

PREPARATION:

Cut sausage into 1" pieces. Drain pineapple, reserving juice. In small bowl, combine 1/4 cup reserved juice, sugar, brown sugar, mustard, and olive oil and mix well.

Cut bell peppers into 1-1/2" chunks. Thread sausage, pineapple, and bell pepper pieces onto metal skewers and brush with marinade.

Prepare and preheat grill. Cook kabobs 6" from medium coals, turning and brushing frequently with marinade, until hot, about 7-10 minutes. Serves 4
