And the marinade is delicious! INGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION:Cut sausage into 1" pieces. Drain pineapple, reserving juice. In small bowl, combine 1/4 cup reserved juice, sugar, brown sugar, mustard, and olive oil and mix well.
Cut bell peppers into 1-1/2" chunks. Thread sausage, pineapple, and bell pepper pieces onto metal skewers and brush with marinade. Prepare and preheat grill. Cook kabobs 6" from medium coals, turning and brushing frequently with marinade, until hot, about 7-10 minutes. Serves 4 New posts to the Busy Cooks forums: |
