Buffalo Cauliflower

Buffalo Cauliflower is an excellent side dish recipe for any grilled steak, or a holiday dinner. You can find the cauliflower florets in the produce aisle of any supermarket.

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Cook Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 (9-ounce) packages prepared cauliflower florets
  • 2 cups chopped celery
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (10-ounce) container refrigerated Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup creamy blue cheese salad dressing
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1-4 teaspoons hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup dried bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Rinse the cauliflower and separate large florets into smaller ones. Combine in 2-quart baking dish with celery and garlic; toss gently.

In medium bowl, combine Alfredo sauce, salad dressing, blue cheese, and hot sauce. Pour over cauliflower mixture.

In small bowl, combine bread crumbs and butter; mix well and sprinkle over cauliflower.

Bake for 45-55 minutes until cauliflower is tender and casserole is bubbly. Serves 6-8
