User Rating 4 Star Rating (1 Review)

Egg product is used in this recipe instead of real eggs because they can stand up to long, slow cooking better.

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Cook Time: 3 hours

Total Time: 3 hours, 20 minutes

Yield: Serves 8

  • 2/3 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup cholesterol-free egg product or 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

  • 14 oz. can cream-style corn
  • 2 cups frozen corn, thawed and drained
  • 1 tsp. dried thyme leaves

Pretty tasty & easy. Hint: In a separate bowl, wisk together the flour & evaporated milk until smoth. Wisk in the eggs. Wisk in the melted butter. Add everything else & mix together. Cover & cook.
