Grilled New Potatoes

This easy recipe is cooked in a foil pan right on your grill, perfect for summer cookouts.

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 50 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb. small new red potatoes
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. seasoned salt

Preparation:

Prepare and heat grill. Cut potatoes in half. Place potatoes in disposable foil pan. In a small bowl, combine butter, garlic and salt and pour over potatoes. Cover pan tightly with heavy duty foil.

Place potatoes on grill 4-6" from heat over medium high coals. Cook 50 to 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender when pierced with fork, stirring potatoes occasionally and moving pan around on grill.

To cook in oven, prepare potatoes as directed, then bake at 400 degrees for 50-60 minutes until tender. Serves 6
