Ingredients:
- 1 (16 ounce) container frozen steam n' mash potatoes
- 1 (3-ounce) jar basil pesto
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Preparation:
Microwave potatoes as directed on package. Mash potatoes with pesto, then beat in cream until desired consistency. You may need more cream. Serve immediately. Serves 4-6
